On this particular trip my inspirations have been inclined to the stimulation of street art and senior citizens.
And what do you get when you blend the 2? Mr. Robert Janz, a highly prolific street artist at 80.
Whom I caught, paint handed, in the act on a very early morning walk in search of new discoveries.
Being able to witness and record the encounter was like a miner finding solid gold.
His current theme, "Bulls" he said while painting horns of Justin Timberlake's face.
Past themes have included spirit mountains and water glyphs which where so creatively shaped through a process of water and evaporation. His art focuses on archaic imagery from the earliest art, from the childhood of humanity. His work is exhibited both widely in Europe and the US. You can see more of his work on his blog, JANZWORK.blogspot.com which is a collective blog with all of his work!
He was such an honor to witness!
All pics were taken by me and my Iphone and follow me live on Instagram at THENEWNUCLEAR for video!
And please remember to respect your elders!
Awesome! Love him.
